These Terms of Service govern your use of Busy Beaver Express courier services and website. By placing an order or using our services you agree to these terms.

Services

Busy Beaver Express provides same-day courier and delivery services across Florida. Service availability, pricing, and time frames vary by location and are confirmed at time of order.

Orders and Scheduling

Orders must be placed during business hours: Monday through Friday 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM
After-hours and weekend service may be available by prior arrangement
Orders are confirmed by our dispatch team upon acceptance
We reserve the right to decline orders that fall outside our service area or capabilities

Pricing and Payment

Pricing is based on distance, package size, weight, and selected time frame
Quotes are provided at time of order
Business account clients are billed according to their account terms
Payment is due upon completion of delivery unless a business account has been established

Delivery Time Frames

We offer three time frame options — Express, Rush, and Super Rush. While we make every effort to meet guaranteed delivery windows circumstances beyond our control including traffic, weather, and access restrictions may affect delivery times.

Liability

Busy Beaver Express is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
Maximum liability for lost or damaged items is limited to the declared value of the shipment
We are not responsible for consequential or indirect damages resulting from delivery delays
Customers are responsible for proper packaging of items

Prohibited Items

We do not transport illegal items, hazardous materials, weapons, or perishable items requiring temperature control unless specifically arranged in advance.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled before pickup at no charge
Orders cancelled after pickup are subject to a cancellation fee
Contact your local office immediately to cancel an order

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Hillsborough County, Florida.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
